Refund Policy

Our refund policy is designed to protect both Makki Home and our customers. All refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval and are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Custom or made-to-order pieces are non-refundable once production has begun. Damaged items during shipping should be reported within 72 hours with photographic evidence for assessment and replacement or refund.
